15th April- Arrived in Kasane/Kazungula and met up with brothers. It’s almost unbelievable, but wild animals roam in the town centre!

15th April- Arrived in Kasane/Kazungula and met up with brothers. It’s almost unbelievable, but wild animals roam in the town centre!
We Spent 2 days in border town of Kasane/Kazungula. The two nearest congregations were 500 km away. There was no group in 2003. A young regular pioneer brother in my former Congregation was assigned there a year after completing his GCSE as a special pioneer. Two other special pioneers were assigned too. In 2004 a small group was formed. In 2006 a congregation was formed. Today they got a beautiful Kingdom Hall with 55 publishers!
Kasane is a small tourist town with visitors from all over the world. It may sound strange but wild animals can be seen in town (Monkeys, Antelopes, Elephants and Warthogs) This makes the ministry unique. Brothers say they witness to many tourist who may otherwise not have been in contact with Witnesses in their home countries. Note that many celebrities come here because of an abundance of wildlife (it is said that Botswana has more than 150, 000 elephants...no country is anywhere near)
